How much is a physical?

The cost of a physical can vary depending on your insurance policy or if you are self-pay. In some cases, physicals may be fully covered by your policy. What should I bring to a physical?

As for what you will need, having the following on hand is recommended:

• A list of current medications or issue you are currently experiencing
• Surgical history
• Family medical history
• Results from any recent tests
• Additional questions for the provider

Stay on top of your health and wellness with Fast Pace Health. Our primary care providers (PCP) are available seven days a week, with extended hours and no appointment is necessary. Find the location nearest you.

Reminder: Children participating in athletics will need a new sports physical completed to be able to participate!

Fast Pace Health sports physicals are just $25. No appointment is necessary.

In need of a sports physical and haven’t completed an annual wellness physical? We can complete a qualifying wellness physical and include the sports physical at no additional charge.

Our experienced providers will assess vitals (including pulse, blood pressure, weight, and height), joints, and flexibility or the athlete. Additional fitness assessments and recommendations of any possible limitations on physical ability will be provided.
