Fast Pace Health Announces the Promotion of Nikita Duke, DNP, PMHNP-BC, to Vice President of Operations – Behavioral Health

Franklin, TN, January 30, 2024 — Fast Pace Health, a leading healthcare organization dedicated to delivering accessible and quality healthcare services, is delighted to announce the promotion of Nikita Duke, DNP, PMHNP-BC, to the role of Vice President of Operations – Behavioral Health.

Nikita Duke has been an integral part of the Fast Pace Health team, playing a pivotal role in the development and growth of our behavioral health program. Joining the organization in 2018 as the first behavioral health provider and the Director of Behavioral Health, Nikita has demonstrated exceptional dedication to the field.

Under Nikita’s leadership, the behavioral health team has expanded significantly, comprising 24 providers, 12 support team members, and 5 clinical team members. This team now serves thousands of patients every month across all six Fast Pace Health states. Nikita’s background includes a wealth of experience, including roles in academia, teaching at both undergraduate and graduate levels, outpatient and inpatient psychiatric care, and community mental health services.

Nikita Duke holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master’s degree from the University of South Alabama, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Alabama. She is a licensed family psychiatric nurse practitioner, certified by the ANCC (American Nurses Credentialing Center).
