Get care in 3 easy steps

  1. Get started: Start by registering for your telehealth appointment.

  2. Complete registration: A telehealth team member will call you after you complete registration, review insurance and self-pay options, take your co-pay if necessary and answer any other questions about visit time.

  3. Meet your provider: When the provider is ready for the visit, you will receive a link to join the telehealth visit.

When to choose telehealth vs. in-person care

Telehealth urgent care is ideal for mild to moderate symptoms that can be evaluated through video consultation. If your provider determines that an in-person physical examination, diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, or a procedure is needed, they will help guide you to the appropriate level of care.

* Certain insurers, including Medicare, may require you to be physical present in your home or another permitted originating site to receive telehealth care.

Getting care has never been easier.

Schedule your Fast Pace Health Telehealth visit today and receive urgent care from experienced providers in the comfort of your home.
