How Our Medical Weight Loss Program Works

Unlike online-only services, Fast Pace Health provides comprehensive, in-person and telehealth care — built around you.

  1. Meet with Your Local Primary Care Provider

Schedule an in-clinic visit or a convenient Primary Care Telehealth appointment. You’ll meet with a provider who understands your medical history and your community — not a random provider online.

  2. Personalized Weight Loss Plan
There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to weight loss. Your provider will evaluate:
    • Body Mass Index (BMI)
    • Current medications
    • Family history
    • Sleep habits
    • Stress levels
    • Existing conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure

From there, we build a customized treatment plan that may include GLP-1 medications (where medically appropriate) along with nutrition, activity, and behavior guidance.

  3. Ongoing Monitoring & Support

We believe that an effective medical weight loss program requires supervision. Our team including our providers and pharmacist will:

    • Help adjust medications as indicated
    • Help monitor for side effects
    • Help manage related conditions like hypertension and high blood sugar
    • Provide continued encouragement and accountability

We focus on improving your overall health — not just the number on the scale. Track your progress with a focus on safely

What Are GLP-1 Weight Loss Medications?

GLP-1 receptor agonists are a class of medications that mimic a natural hormone in your body that regulates appetite and blood sugar. These medications are generally intended to:

  • Help you feel full longer
  • Help reduce cravings
  • Help improve blood sugar control
  • Help support significant, sustained weight loss in qualified patients

When prescribed and monitored by a primary care provider, GLP-1 medications can be a helpful tool in a thorough, medically supervised weight loss program.
